Last week, visual artist Max Hattler accused Bassnectar of using his psychedelic video work for his live performances, without even letting him know. Apparently, in 2013, Lorin’s team had a conversation with Max about using his work of art, but no kind of agreement was met. However, the animation was still used from that said year until a few weeks ago. After seeing what Max posted on his Facebook account, the music producer responded with a long statement, where he tried to explain his reasons behind using those mind-blowing visuals.
However, after a back and forth exchange, Ashton took to Facebook once again to apologize to Max and you can check out below everything he had to say. What do you think about this incident?[H/T: EDM.com]
